01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 18jl win platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 18jl win Platform. Your continued use of 18jl win following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on 18jl win that was suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 18jl win Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 18jl win. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 18jl win will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Verification: 18jl win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
• Account Ownership: Your 18jl win account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party under any circumstances.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 18jl win Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 18jl win currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at 18jl win's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. 18jl win reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 18jl win may require additional verification if a different withdrawal method is requested.
• Fees: 18jl win does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 18jl win bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.
• Declined Transactions: 18jl win reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

05 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 18jl win Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each individual game on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed and accepted by the 18jl win system. Confirmation will be displayed on-screen. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 18jl win reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 18jl win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings derived from a manifest error will not be paid.
• Finality of Results: Game results as recorded by the 18jl win system are final and binding, subject only to the error provisions above. No claims will be entertained on the basis of a player's own records or recollection.
• Responsible Betting: Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and loss limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

18jl win may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players as defined in each promotion's specific terms. 18jl win reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Abuse: 18jl win reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Modification: 18jl win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 18jl win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to 18jl win support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 18jl win Platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 18jl win account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 18jl win Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 18JL Win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 18jl win.
• Use any 18jl win trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 18jl win intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

09 Privacy & Data

18jl win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 18jl win, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 18jl win's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

18jl win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 18jl win account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Termination

18jl win reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to 18jl win.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 18jl win support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

18jl win operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

14 Amendments

18jl win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 18jl win will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 18jl win Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
